KW4 OHT Community Engagement: Shaping Decision Making for our OHT

The KW4 Ontario Health Team (OHT), with support from Optimus SBR, are having an engagement event to review the current governance model, and decision-making and the process for decision-making that includes partners, non-OH/MOH transfer payment agreement holders, and others. The goal is to engage Members, Boards and our community on your vision of the future state of the OHT and the supporting governance and operational models. For example, what elements of KW4 OHT’s current state governance and decision-making already feel clear? Which elements need greater clarity or focus? We’ll also talk about what is working well related to governance and decision-making and look for your inputs around where there are opportunities improvement.
