Community Support Connections

CSC works with more than 600 volunteers to help more than 8,000 older adults and adults with disabilities live in their own homes with independence and dignity. The organization focuses its services under four focus areas to maximize impact: nutrition, physical health, social wellbeing, and aging at home, which includes homemaking and snow removal.
