Woolwich Community Health Centre

Offering primary health care to registered clients of Woolwich Community Health Centre. Primary health care responds to clients’ needs from infancy to old age. Providers address acute and chronic health needs, preventive care, rehabilitative care and palliative care. The WCHC also provides community programs for the priority population that may experience greater barriers to health or barriers to accessing health resources in the rural and townships area.
