Each year the KW4 OHT creates a business plan to guide our work and support our Strategic Plan.
The 2026/27 plan, approved in March 2026, outlines 38 key initiatives for the year that will be undertaken in collaboration with our partners.
The following highlights the initiatives for 2026/27 under each of our three strategic priorities.
The 2026/27 initiatives below support the Strategic Plan’s key areas: our three enablers—Governance, Tools, and Talented People—and two pillars—co-designing person-centered care and advancing equity in everything we do.
