Palliative Perspectives over Breakfast

 

Health‑care providers are invited to join Palliative Perspectives over Breakfast, a Conversation Café featuring rotating table talks focused on building a supportive and collaborative model of care. Topics include early identification tools, the palliative referral process, community palliative care, hospice support, and grief and loss.


Date: March 30, 2026 (7:00–9:30 AM, program begins at 7:30)
Location: Bingemans, Berkley Room, 425 Bingeman Centre Dr, Kitchener
