Informational webinar on standardized, evidence-based post‑heart‑attack care
Ontario Health is hosting an informational webinar on the Canadian Cardiovascular Society (CCS) Secondary Prevention Pathway for post‑heart‑attack care. The pathway is designed to standardize care and increase uptake of evidence‑based recommendations after acute coronary syndrome (ACS), strengthening guideline‑directed care at discharge and through the first year post‑ACS to improve patient outcomes.
