Ontario Health (Cancer Care Ontario) and the Waterloo Wellington Regional Cancer Program are preparing to launch the Ontario Lung Cancer Screening Program (OLSP) in our region on March 31, 2026.

To ensure our local healthcare teams are ready, we are inviting all Primary Care Providers,  Allied healthcare, and Admin Staff to attend an upcoming accredited webinar to learn about this new screening option. The sessions will focus on identifying high-risk patients to facilitate early diagnosis and treatment of lung cancer.

All three sessions will present the same content and they're all accredited, so providers only need to attend one, however can attend more than once if they wish to:

• Friday, February 27: 1:00 PM – 2:00 PM
• Tuesday, March 17: 8:00 AM – 9:00 AM
• Wednesday, April 1: 5:00 PM – 6:00 PM
