Alzheimer Society Waterloo Wellington supports persons living with dementia and their families, in living well with a dementia diagnosis. Programs and services are designed to help people remain supported, active, engaged, informed, safe, and in control of their health throughout the dementia journey by providing education, social work support and social/recreational opportunities for people living with dementia, their care partners and families.
